Educated at the University of Toledo, and MIT, her expertise was honed as she worked her way up through the ranks and various departments of AT&T and MCI.  As an operations executive she was Vice President and General Manager, and Managing Director of an international Consulting and Market Research firm. 

Quality is also a major consideration for Gayle, for she was an executive and auditor for a continuous improvement quality certification standard.  

As a former trainer/instructor she published white papers and articles to simplify some of the complex technical issues facing businesses today.  

As an educational speaker she has presented to the Newspaper Association of America, Institute for International Research, International Society for Customer Care, Technical Committee on Communication Systems, International Quality and Productivity Center, and many more, with requests for return engagements.
